With a background in Toxicology and Forensic Medicine, founder and CEO Johann is an experienced NHS Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Consultant. After getting his MBA from London Business School, he started SFR Medical to help victims of violent crimes avoid suffering the injustices brought about through repeated small failures in the evidence process.
He is the dreamer who is responsible for the creation of our innovative and value-driven service that helps victims of violent crimes.
Suyash is a digital specialist and an agile evangelist who excels at accelerating cultural change through building scalable, high-performing teams. An experienced IT consulting professional, Suyash has worked with leading corporate and premier consulting organisations. He also received his MBA from London Business School.
He is the visionary who built and now leads SFR Medical’s technology team.
Lucy has worked for several years as a doctor, predominantly in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care within major trauma centres across London. During this time, she began writing medical statements and realised that a structured, non-jargon approach was required to better serve police, the CPS and ultimately, victims. Now an award-winning innovator, Lucy is ever developing operations; creating and perfecting the products and services SFR Medical provides.
She is the idealist who ensures that our operations not only meet, but exceed, our clients’ expectations.
Before joining SFR Medical, Sammie worked for three years as a medical photographer for the NHS, working closely with victims of abuse. She also obtained a Level 4 in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to be able to further contribute to patient care. Sammie is currently studying for a BSc in Psychology with the goal of obtaining a MSc in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health.
Thamannah is a qualified medical doctor and has worked in a variety of different medical and surgical specialties including Emergency Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, and General Practice, prior to joining SFR Medical. She enjoys working on the interesting cases encountered by the team, easing some of the challenges involved in the criminal justice system.
Ilze is a qualified medical doctor with a post graduate qualification in Occupational Medicine. She worked as a General Practitioner and as a surgical assistant in operating theatres prior to joining SFR Medical.
Zara is a qualified medical doctor with experience in a variety of medical and surgical specialties including Emergency Medicine, Plastic Surgery and General Practice. She enjoys the diversity of the cases encountered as well as working as part of a multi-disciplinary team that contributes to the criminal justice system.
I have chosen to join the SFR Medical team in order to expand my practice and gain knowledge in the medico-legal field. As a specialist in General Internal Medicine, I have worked across various primary and secondary healthcare settings. In recent years, I have developed a keen interest in mental health and have undertaken specialized training to become a counsellor, with the aim of providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges. I enjoy being part of a team that provides medical evidence for the criminal justice system.
Mahdi qualified as a medical doctor from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2012. Upon qualifying, he was awarded a Merit for his special interests which included a review article on mental health and suicide. His career has given him experience working in multiple specialties, including Trauma and Orthopaedics, Psychiatry and General Practice. Mahdi highly values a holistic approach to caring for a patient and understands how adverse events or injuries can impact a patient’s life. He is therefore dedicated to the important work we do at SFR Medical.
Rachel graduated from the University Hospital of Wales with an MBBCh in 2011 and has worked for the National Health Service in a variety of medical and surgical disciplines. She holds the PG Certificate in Medical Education and contributes to a number of training enterprises. She enjoys the challenge of Forensic Medicine and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the patients we assist
Sally has a background in Account Management and Client-focused roles. Sally studied Psychology at College, which she has always had a keen interest in, particularly relating to the criminal justice system. She is now looking forward to using her skills to assist police forces in seeking justice for the victims of violent crimes.
Zoe's passion for wanting to work alongside the UKs Police Forces started when she attended University to study Crime Scene Science. She has since become a Client Relationship Manager for SFR Medical, and thoroughly enjoys working with Police Forces and medical institutions to expedite the provision of medical evidence, and justice for victims of violent crime.
Helen previously worked as a technical illustrator for consulting engineers before changing to a career in Healthcare as a Pharmacy Dispenser. Helen strives to help others and is now proud to be using her skills and passion for helping others to ensure justice for victims of violent crime.
Saskia has an A-Level in Psychology, and a background in administration and customer service. Her skills in organisation and efficiency are extremely beneficial to the CRM role. Saskia has an ambition to help our police forces and victims, and is passionate about the work she does.
Kenisha has an undergraduate degree in Forensic science as well as currently studying a part-time master's degree in Criminology. She has a passion for improving the criminal justice system and the recidivism rate in the UK. Kenisha is new to the CRM role but very keen to help our police forces and victims feel confident and hopeful.
Lauren began studying Law at University, however decided to begin a career with Police Scotland instead. She has always had a passion for doing work that helps others and keeps people safe. She has recently started as a CRM with SFR Medical and is loving the difference she can make in this role. She is looking forward to continue using her skills to help ensure victims of violent crime get the justice they deserve.
Olivia has an undergraduate degree in Law, with a special interest in Medical Law, making the CRM role perfect for her. She is passionate about bringing justice to victims, and finds her role as a CRM very rewarding and fulfilling. She enjoys working alongside police forces and medical institutions to help better people's lives.
Rebecca began her career as a dental nurse dividing her time between private practice and community dental work in underprivileged parts of London. Rebecca has always had a passion for patient-faced roles. She is now looking forward to using those people skills to help bring justice to victims of violent crimes.
Leigh has a degree in English Literature and creative writing and a background in client relations and scheduling. These skills in organisation and communication are especially helpful to her role as a client relationship manager. Leigh is passionate about helping support victims with the work that she does.
